2007-2008 Lincoln-Douglas Debate Resolution
The NFA LD Committee has released the topic for the 2007-2008 season: RESOLVED: That the United States Federal Government should substantially increase assistance to the Greater Horn of Africa in one of the following areas: economic development, human rights protection, or public health.
